Monthly Payment Plan FAQ

A brief explanation of the monthly payment plan.

Ytria's Monthly Payment Plan lets you acquire the tools you need when IT budgets are tight. Payments start from as low as $47.90 per month.

    When you make a purchase with us and select the monthly payment plan option, you will receive twelve (12) monthly invoices.

  2. How can I check my invoices?

    When logged in to Ytria.com, you can always access your invoices. The next month's unpaid invoice will also be available for payment.

  3. How can I update my credit card details?

    The only way to update your credit card information (or enable automatic monthly payments) is to complete an invoice payment, and ensure the "Enable automatic monthly payments using my credit card" option is selected.

  4. How many license keys will I receive?

    When a monthly invoice is paid, you will receive a license key with a pre-determined expiry date—the expiry date is automatically calculated from your very first monthly payment. The license key is valid only until the expiry date written on the most recently paid monthly invoice.

    Example: By completing payment for invoice #3, you will receive a license key that is valid only until the end of the third month—No matter when it was paid for.

    Your twelfth and final license key does not expire; at this point the software is yours to keep. (Note: You will still need to purchase Software Maintenance separately to receive future updates, see the next question: How do software updates work?).

    Software purchased with the monthly payment plan includes 12 months of product updates and support. After the 12 months have expired you may purchase Software Maintenance to maintain access to product upgrades and support.

  6. What happens if I miss a payment?

    If you miss a payment your software will stop working upon expiry of your latest monthly license key.

  7. How do I disable automatic monthly payments?

    You can disable automatic monthly payments from your credit card at any time (go to Edit Profile when logged in to Ytria.com). If you disable automatic monthly payments, you must make payments manually.

  8. How do I enter my monthly license key?

    Your Ytria software will ask you for permission to connect to our server and attempt to automatically retrieve your latest monthly license key.

    In the event of connectivity problems, you may manually enter your license key through the product's menu: "Help > Enter License Key".
