Lotusphere 2012 here we come

We at Ytria are elated to be heading back to Florida once again for Lotusphere 2012. Come by booths 224, 225 and 226 in the vendor showcase for cool giveaways, demos of our latest software or just to say 'hello.' Plus we'll be giving away not one, not two, but three astonishing AR.Drone quodrotors (think helicopter with four rotors). This indoor/outdoor radio controlled aircraft is equipped with two video cameras and can be controlled remotely using a smartphone--check it out here.

Get ready for a new Ytria admin tool

It's time to let the cat out the bag--Ytria has a new tool called 'replicationEZ' in its advanced stages of development. This tool will give you an instant 'map' of database replication linkages across your domino environment. Even complex clusters will be instantly demystified in replicationEZ's novel multi-server interface. If you're attending Lotusphere, please also visit our booth to a catch a sneak peek of replicationEZ in action.

Dealing with unruly, complicated applications in viewEZ

The version 10 upgrade of viewEZ introduced an unassuming little feature called 'design element hiding' that you may well have overlooked. The thing is, this 'little' feature can make managing the view columns for complex applications a much more pleasant--and efficient--experience. Ytria's LS2012 Birds-of-a-Feather session

If you were ever curious how Ytria's tools really work, wonder no more!: we'll be leading a Birds-of-a-Feather discussion at this year's Lotusphere where we'll reveal our 'magic' or rather how the tools make use of little-known aspects of the Notes backend architecture. This session will take place on Tuesday January 17th from 5.45 to 6.45pm in the Disney Swan's Macaw 2 meeting room.

New 10.5.1 software updates available

If you're using the 10.x versions of Ytria's tools, we highly recommend you download and install the new 10.5.1 updates. This is primarily a bugfix and performance tuning release, but we still did manage to sneak in a couple additions (including support for new Domino 8.5.3 properties in viewEZ).
