  2. How much does the software cost to buy?

Just contact us and let us know what you're looking for--we'll gladly provide you with current pricing information.

  3. What does AVS failure (credit card payments) really mean?

If you receive an AVS error during the credit card payment process it very likely means that you have entered incorrect credit card information (name, address, zip/postal code etc.). Be sure that the information entered is correct, and is exactly as it appears on the credit card statement.

Note: If you are using a Business Credit Card, there is a very good chance that you must enter your name AND company at the same time as your Name (e.g. Name: John Smith Company X). Entering your name alone, or entering the company name on the address line can result in an AVS error.

  4. How long is a license valid for?

A purchased license is valid forever. The software is yours to keep and use for as long as you like.

  5. Who are the developers behind the tools?

All software products are created, owned, and commercialized by Ytria Inc.

  7. How does software licensing work?

The licensing system of our products works on a per-user basis. A license includes software maintenance (support by email, and updates) of the program during the maintenance period. The software is yours to keep even if software maintenance expires (however we strongly recommend maintaining it for the updates, fixes and new features that we constantly add). Contact us for current pricing info.

  8. How soon can the products be delivered?

License Keys are sent by e-mail to the buyer, upon reception of full payment of the order. Therefore, delivery time only depends on the reception of payment.

  9. How are the products delivered?

Since, we distribute our products online from our web page (this means there is no physical delivery of our products). Buyers can download, and make payment online, using a credit card through our web page and filling out the online purchase form (URL below). Software is to be downloaded from our web site at any time. If purchased this way transactions and delivery can occur very quickly. This explains why there are no delivery charges.

When payment is received in full, customers will receive their purchased License Key and will be then able to register the software.

  16. What are the extra charges/fees on my credit card purchase?

    Reply from Visa:

Effective April 2005, Visa dropped the Multi-currency Conversion Charge (MCC). On that date, a 1% International Service Assessment (ISA) went into effect. The ISA will be charged to card issuing banks on cross-border transactions (i.e. where the Issuer country is different from the merchant country) whether or not currency is converted.

The ISA is not a currency conversion fee but a 1% fee levied on issuing banks for relative usage of Visa's global payment system. The fee Visa charges Issuers for international transactions support ongoing maintenance and development of the Visa global network. Since it is based on use of the global system, we believe it is an equitable way to pay for the costs of maintaining the global network.

Issuers are responsible for setting the prices and terms of the Visa cards they issue, including any charges associated with cross-border or cross-currency transactions. These Issuer pricing changes may not necessarily affect the effective cost to cardholders of using their Visa card to make an overseas purchase. Any additional limitations or fees charged by the bank which issued your Visa card should be indicated in your cardholder agreement/contract with your bank.

Please contact the financial institution that issued your Visa card using the address or telephone number on the Visa statement to inquire further. This number may also appear on the back of the card itself. The financial institution can directly address your inquiry.

Visa is committed to providing cardholders with a safe, convenient and cost-effective way to pay when traveling internationally. Visa cardholders receive, through their Issuer, an effective foreign exchange rate that is typically better than converting cash at a local currency dealer.
