aclEZ brings the analysis and reporting of ACLs to all-new levels by giving you the power to oversee an entire server's ACLs at once instead of working with individual database ACLs.

Using the ever-expanding automation capabilities, you can automate a wide variety of tasks, such as pulling specific periodic reports. You can even extend aclEZ's scope and have it repeat tasks across multiple servers. What's more, the new Automation Recorder lets you record your actions to files to either be replayed as is, or used as a great starting script to build upon.

Here are only a few of the many functions and processes that you can automate:

• Load all ACLs from a selection of databases across one or even multiple servers.
• Analyze, group, and filter ACLs automatically to get right to the subset of data you need.
• Export thorough access audit reports for multiple databases and servers to various formats including XML, Excel, CSV, and more.

This script will automatically search three servers for any and all invalid ACL entries—entries for names not found in the NAB—and then export the results to a report in an Excel file.

This script will load all databases on a server of your choice and then export all ACL attributes and roles to an HTML file.
