User Activity reporting

Obtain the details of a specific user's messaging activities by looking at the user’s profile in this database that offers reports on individual users or addresses.

All documents are protected via reader type fields, however administrators can instantly find and access records of interest given the appropriate roles.

List of details on "UserInfo" documents:

• User name and information
• Message volume (sent and received in kilobytes)
• Volume and number of attachments (sent and received)
• Message analysis (sent and received, type of messages, number of recipients)
• Browse all mails by subject
• Find all emails with very large attachments
• Find emails of a specific size range
