Reporting

Access a database that contains overall reports and statistics and truly understand the volume of messaging, attachments, etc in your environment.

Generate the following graphical reports:

1 - Message types reports - Message type can be email, response, non-delivery report, out of office message, recall, etc...

2 - Number of emails reports - Report the number of all emails or emails per server, dividing them into internal and external messages.

3 - Recipients reports - Report the number of recipients, dividing them into internal and external addresses.

4 - Volume analysis reports - Report the volume of all internal and external emails and attachments in kilobytes.

5 - Number of attachments reports – Report the number of internally and externally sent attachments.
