Audit Design Elements

See Which Design Source Properties are Checked

Do you simply want to see the current design source properties for all design elements? Well with designPropEZ you can with just a mouse click.

See all the design source properties in a database in an easy-to-read table

Incorrect design property settings can break an application—designPropEZ's audit function is the only way to quickly understand all your design source property settings.

One-Click Audit Button

Stop using the Domino Designer to browse through your design elements solely for the purpose of checking the design properties (i.e. inheritance, refresh, hide and language properties), you can analyze the design properties of all your design elements not individually, or by design type (view, form, page...) but the entire database all at once with a click of the "Audit" button.

Organize design source properties the way you want

The Audit feature shows you the current state of the design element properties. You can also arrange the audit results however you like, for example see which elements have the "Prohibit design refresh" and "Propogate this prohibition" properties selected.

  • Choose a filter criteria (i.e. Type, Name & Alias...)
  • Drag a column header here to group by that column
  • Sort colums by clicking on the column header
  • Move columns around by clicking and dragging
Quickly build reports

You can also export the results to a file. The various file formats are offered as seen in the image below (HTML, Microsoft Excel, XML, Pre-Formatted Text, Custom) which is a great reporting feature for users (not to mention time-saving too!).
