Views

• Mass edit a set of view properties for any number of views in a Notes database
• Select views that fit a defined set of view properties (Filter by Properties)
• Quickly preview a view using a small sample of documents
• Purge the index for one or multiple views

View Columns

• Select many columns at once and change their properties
• See and compare the formulas of many columns at the same time (right-click menu, Column formula...)
• Drag and drop columns in viewEZ (also between different running viewEZs)
• Search for a field in column formulas: Identifies all columns using a certain field in its formula
• Search for similar column formulas: "Similar" columns are all tagged/highlighted for you
• You can also analyze columns by "family"
• Manage R7 Shared columns (complete or formula only)
• Column properties are displayed with a color-coded legend (similar to actionBarEZ)
• See all shared columns in a database (Shared Columns tab)
• See all views organized by their properties (Columns by Properties tab)
• Search and replace a string in all your column formulas
