How to create shared actions from any action, and link to these new shared actions

Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open actionBarEZ from the Notes client toolbar.

1. In the first actionBarEZ window, select the design elements you want to look at using the checkboxes.
2. Click the Actions... button. The Actions window opens with all your database actions displayed and organized by design element.
3. Select any action(s) as you want, and use the right-click menu to Unshare an action (Ctrl + U) or Make it shared (Ctrl+ S). You can also drag and drop actions to the shared action column (hold the Ctrl or Shift button to select multiple actions).
4. [Optional] You can always select multiple actions and in the right-click menu go to Properties... to edit all the actions simultaneously.
