scanEZ offers a convenient way to see the ACL entries in a single database, all together at once, without the need to click on each entry to see the settings.
Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open scanEZ from the Notes client toolbar. Click the ACL category from the tree.
All ACL settings for the database are displayed in a central location for easy viewing and analysis. Click the Show roles button, to see the role settings currently being used. Click Show flags to go back to the ACL settings.
