How to figure out the origin of a document modification
Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open scanEZ from the Notes client toolbar.
Click the Replication Auditor button on the scanEZ toolbar and the Replication Auditor window opens.
Click the Audit button.
Check the Modified (In this file) checkbox to displays its column, and click its column header to sort by date.
In theory, the origin of a document modification is among those (i.e. across several replication databases) with the same Modified (Initially) date, (or the same official modification date) and should be the one with the oldest Modified (In this file) date.
Additionally, you also have some indication of where the last modification has occurred, for example:
- If the change is made from an outside source (a replication from another server) we show the "Out" icon
- If the document has been modified inside the current file we show the "In" icon.
