How to check a formula on a document

Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open scanEZ from the Notes client toolbar. Click to expand the Documents tree. Select any document from the list to see its actual contents and field values.
Click the Formula button, in the Note Info tab, and create any formula you want to test on the document.
Once a formula is created, click the Evaluate button to see the resulting value and verify if the formula you created has the desired effect.
