How to copy a set of documents, design elements or profile documents to any database

Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open scanEZ from the Notes client toolbar. Click to expand the Documents tree. Select any document from the list to see its actual contents and field values.

Use the checkboxes to select the document(s) you want ot copy (or you can use a selection formula, and then select the whole set at once).

Once the documents are selected, use the right-click menu and go to CheckBox Selection > Copy to Another Database to copy the selected documents. A window then appears for you, where you can select the target database. Once the database is selected, click OK to copy the documents to the database.
