How to sign specific design elements of a database

 

Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open signEZ from the Notes client toolbar. Select the design elements you want to sign via the checkboxes.

Click the Settings tab ensuring that the Sign option is selected along with any othe options. Click the Sign Using tab to select which signature ID you want to sign with. Click the Sign button to sign the design elements with all your selected options and signature ID.
