How to sign the design of a database with another ID, without switching ids in the Notes Client

 

Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open signEZ from the Notes client toolbar.

Select the design elements you want to sign via the checkboxes.

Click the Settings tab ensuring that the Sign option is selected along with any othe options.

Click the Sign Using tab to select another signature ID you want to sign with.

Click the Sign button to sign the design elements with all your selected options and signature ID. You may be required to enter the signature's password (if not signing with a stored ID), and even your own (if you haven't saved your own password yet). Signing and switching of IDs occurs in the background so that you do not have to lose all your Notes client settings when you need to switch ID and sign.
