Select any Notes database (email, personal address book, applications etc.) on your workspace, open scanEZ from the Notes client toolbar. Click the Documents category from the tree. Expand the Documents tree and select any individual document.
On a document there are many different ways to get to find an item quickly:
Starts with...This type ahead search feature means you can type directly on the grid control (document field contents), and it will bring you to the first field name that begins with the text you have entered.
Sort by headerClick the Name, Value, Type etc. column header to automatically sort the fields by name, to easily and quickly find any field you want.

SearchAlternatively, you can even search within the document by using Ctrl+F, to search for a specific string in the field name and values.
GridYou can also use the grid properties to group and use filters to quickly find an item in your document.
