How can I change properties for many agents en masse?NOTE: Our ‘Tips and Tricks’ section has been superseded by the Ytria Tech Lab.

First make sure agentEZ is running. If it's not, click the agentEZ icon on your Lotus Notes client toolbar and select a server.
- Select the databases you are interested in and retrieve the agent data within them. Agents will be displayed in the grid.
- Select the agents whose properties you want to change (hold Ctrl or Shift while clicking to make multiple selections).
- Right-click your selection and select the agent property that you wish. Your changes will be applied to all agents selected.
- Note: All agent properties that you would expect are available for you to change. They are available in the right-click menu (and may open a window with more agent properties): Enable, Disable, Change "Run On", Change Generic Properties, and Change Runtime Properties.
Congratulations! You are now finished editing several agents and their properties throughout many different Lotus Notes databases on a server.
