GET STARTED
Just follow these installation steps to get started.
Unzip the 'formEZ.zip' file. We strongly recommend extracting the unzipped 'formEZ.nsf' to your Notes\data directory.
Open the formEZ.nsf in your Lotus Notes client. Next, click the "Install" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your installation.
After clicking "Install", Lotus Notes will show a "Execution Security Alert" dialog box.
Choose "Start trusting the signer to execute this action".
A splash screen appears after installation completes. Now you will need to activate your software as instructed.
To begin product activation simply click the "Use Lite (Free) Version" button.
