The FlexyView Grid

The FlexyView Grid is Ytria’s proprietary (and patented: US Patent 10.685.039) User Interface (UI) and data exploration module. It provides unique navigation and presentation features for large data sets and is particularly suited for the administration of large user communities.

sapio365 2.0 Pro license

A sapio365 2.0 Pro license allows access to all the features and modules of sapio365 2.0.

sapio365 2.0 is an all-purpose Microsoft 365 administration platform that provides a 360˚ view of an entire tenant. With complete visibility of Teams, groups, users, sites, licenses and other tenant data, administrators and their support staff have access to all the information required for quick and effective report generation, mass changes and problem detection and fixing. All of this in a manner of minutes, rather than days or even weeks and without having to use PowerShell.

sapio365 2.0 is configurable and can be tailored to an unpredictable mix of daily tasks, ranging from critical to routine, frequent to once-in-a-while, large to small, and simple to complex.

Automation Jobs Library (AJL)

The Automation Jobs Library (pronounced “agile” is the repository for the automation Jobs. A “Job” is an administration task combining several sapio365 functions. A job can be simple or complex. Think of them as macros or scripts that you can either activate with the click of the mouse or schedule for later execution. Ytria provides many Jobs commonly needed by IT administrators. The AJL is integrated in sapio365 2.0 via a friendly and intuitive interface.

An AJL license has only one purpose and one capability: executing Jobs in the AJL, regardless of the complexity of the Jobs. Because of its unique purpose, an AJL license has a much lower cost than a full Pro license. It can also be activated by a non-IT staff thus promoting delegation of tasks throughout an organization. For instance, a department manager could produce complex reports (provided there is a Job to do that) without making a request to the IT department.

sapio365 2.0 AJL Editor

A Job can be either created by Ytria or by a customer who will need the AJL Editor to do that. Jobs created with the AJL Editor are placed in the AJL.

On Premise Module

The On Premise Module extends the access of sapio365 2.0 to users and groups in the local Active Directory.

This module allows the retrieval of all the properties of users and groups in the on premises Active Directory. User or group information is displayed in the configurable FlexyView Grid where it can be analyzed, edited on a mass scale, and exported for reporting purposes. When combining the On Premise Module with the sapio365 Pro license, sapio365 brings a single-pane, centralized control of any sized hybrid environment.

Collaboration Module

The Collaboration Module enables the use of sapio365’s built-in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across to delegate any task, manual or automated, by way of custom granular roles and scopes of action.

The Collaboration Module permits you to centralize all this information in your Azure Cosmos DB to allow delegated users like help desk staff to carry out specific tasks from their own machines. Additionally, collaborative work using sapio365 between IT staff members and delegated users includes shared notes in sapio365 2.0 and recorded user activity logs, all of which is stored in Azure Cosmos DB.

sapio365 2.0 Snapshot license

When a customer generates a report with a sapio365 2.0 Pro license or an AJL license (while executing a Job), it can either be exported to an external Excel file or a “Snapshot”. A Snapshot is a capture of a data set, at a specific point in time, into a file that can be shared with another team member who also has a Pro license or an AJL license.
There are two kinds of Snapshots: “Read only” or “Restore point”. Loading a “Read only” Snapshot, a user can only reorganize the data with basic sorting, filtering and grouping.
With a Restore Point Snapshot, a user can load it, continue working (which will modify the Snapshot), and even pass it on to a colleague who can do further work (like adding or updating changes for example).

sapio365 2.0 Pay-Per-Use

What is Pay-Per-Use? As the name suggests it simply is a way to pay for the utilisation of sapio365 2.0 as you use it. It may not work for all situations but may prove to be a convenient and affordable option for some.

How does it work? Simple! You buy tokens. Each token allows you to perform one task for a given number of users. The more users you have, the more tokens are required to perform said task. The more actions you want to perform, again, the more tokens you need. Imagine you have a few tasks you want to perform once a month; this may be the best option for you!

How much is a token? A single token is currently priced at $1. A token can list 250 users or groups. A token can load the details (emails/files/etc) for any selection of users or groups. Say you want to see the basic info of 750 users, then it will take you 3 tokens. Or see the OneDrive, the licenses and the group memberships for 250 users will require 3 tokens. If you run out of tokens, you can buy more directly from sapio365 2.0. You need to buy 100 tokens at a time (minimum purchase of $100).
