No worries. If your subscription to sapio365 has expired, it’s easy to renew your subscription.

Check your inbox for an email from Cleverbridge/Ytria that has information about your subscription and a link to renew. If you cannot find this information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have just renewed your subscription, and are seeing this message in error, you will need to refresh sapio365.

Simply go to the sapio365 dashboard and select “About sapio365”

Then select “Refresh license information”

There. You’re done. You can now continue solving all your toughest admin challenges in just a few clicks.
